Millat Tractors Limited is looking for a motivated and competent individual with a growth mindset, ready to work in a challenging environment for the following position:
𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Assistant/Deputy Manager Paint Shop
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Onsite- Shahdara, Lahore
𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Production
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬;
a) Achieve daily line targets for the paint shop in both shifts.
b) Achieve production requirements for warehouse
c) Coordinate with line engineers for production requirement.
d) Follow up on work orders.
e) Suggest and execute improvements.
f) Ensure scheduled maintenance of the paint shop
g) Monitor paint results and control parameters
h) Handle special paint requirements for export tractors
i) Get feedback from quality audit, inspection, and service PDI regarding paint faults and take corrective actions.
j) Maintain housekeeping standards in the paint shop
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: BSc Mechanical/Industrial engineer/Chemical
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 3-6 years of experience in the paint shop of the auto sector.
𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬: Market-competitive salary along with fringe benefits.
