QUALIFICATION: BE/B-Tech in Automotive Engineering
LOCATION: Lahore, Islamabad 2 Positions
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor dealers’ overall service performance and collect monthly operation reports.
- Responsible for generating dealers’ service ability improvement plans & putting them into implementation.
- Responsible for customer complaint handling, warranty case approval, and execution of special service activities for dealers.
- Timely submission of technical reports.
SKILLS
- Strong technical diagnosis skills
- Customer-first mindset, prompt decision maker
- Great analytical & interpersonal skills
