Qualifications

• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG industry
• Minimum Bachelors or equivalent HEC recognized degree

Knowledge and skills

• Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
• Should be in Intermediate Level of MS Office usage
• Hands on experience of working with Oracle ERP
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities and Duties To assist in achieving departmental objectives through;

• Processing Sales Orders and Distributors’ Payments
• Checking and verifying distributors’ claims
• Checking and verifying Field Force expenses
• Ensuring timely activation of new distributors
• Giving after-sales support and resolve customers’ complaints
• Coordinate for schemes and discount offers
• Ensuring distributor-wise data synchronization at master database
• Recording daily volume and collection achievement vs target of assigned regions’ sales team
• Analyzing the sales team progress, identify gaps and highlight improvement areas
• Assisting in preparation of promotional material and organizing events
• Act as a liaison to communicate relevant information to assigned regions’ sales team
• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks
