Position: “Key Punch Operator”
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Key Punch Operator or in a similar data entry role is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in using key punch equipment and familiarity with computer systems and databases.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other data entry software.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Accurately and efficiently enter sales data into the system using key punch equipment.
- Maintain and update records of sales transactions, invoices, and customer information.
- Collaborate with the Secondary Sales team to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
- Generate sales reports and assist in data analysis as required.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies or errors to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in inventory management and maintain stock records.
- Cooperate with other team members to achieve departmental and company objectives.
