Key Responsibilities:
- Training Programs: Develop, organize, and conduct training sessions for the Sales & Business Development team.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Career Development: Implement learning plans to boost employee growth.
- Content Creation: Design educational materials, e-learning modules, and workshops.
- Mentorship: Provide coaching and guidance to employees to help them reach their potential.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of training progress and report to HR management.
- What We’re Looking For:
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
