Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead the Electrical and Instrumentation team, providing direction and guidance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Project Management: Oversee electrical and instrumentation projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Manage the maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems, promptly addressing and resolving any technical issues.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations in all electrical and instrumentation activities.
Training and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, staying updated on industry advancements.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and safety, to achieve common goals and objectives.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for the Electrical and Instrumentation department, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to electrical and instrumentation activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project completion.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
