Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and maintain vehicle yard photos on the company portal
- Provide English translations of Japanese export certificates.
- Verify vehicle manufacturing years using official documents.
- Coordinate and track the dispatch of vehicle accessories to customers.
- Maintain accurate records and data related to assigned operational tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned duties and support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in teh relevant field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate record
