MCB Islamic Bank Ltd., is a leading Islamic financial institution seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Home Remittance team. We’re looking for a skilled professional to establish and maintain relationships with Exchange Companies-globally, MTOs and MSBs, ensuring seamless onboarding and AML/KYC completion.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆
We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to establish relationship, develop and implement strategies for onboarding Exchange Companies-globally, MTOs and MSBs, focusing on home remittances. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PRI, Home Remittance and business development within the remittances sector.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲
Business Development Manager – Home Remittance, Cross Border Transactions
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
■ Develop and execute onboarding strategies for home remittances.
■ Responsible establishing and maintain strong relationship with exchange companies, MTOs, MSBs to grow home remittance business, marketing campaigns.
■ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering (AML/KYC) policies, and internal controls.
■ Must be responsible for the revenue growth, expansion of new corridors for inward remittances.
■ Perform statistical data analysis and maintain MIS.
■ Carry out marketing / promotional campaigns for Remittance business.
■ To engage all stakeholders to enhance service levels and reduce turnaround times for operational processes.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
■ 5+ years experience in relevant business development and relationship management with Exchange Companies-globally, MTOs and MSBs. Presently working in similar role.
■ Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, AML policies, and compliance frameworks related to home remittances.
■ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
■ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
■ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
