MCB Islamic Bank is inviting applications for the position of “Senior Officer – Fraud Investigation Affairs”.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Senior Officer – Fraud Investigation Affairs

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Lahore

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Risk Management or a related discipline

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ 3-5 years of Experience in the field of Fraud Risk Management affairs.
➡️ Strong interpersonal, communication and report-writing skills.
➡️ Ability to assess situations critically and effectively manage disputes and conflicts.
➡️ Proactive approach to identifying needs and suggesting solutions for process improvement.
➡️ Ability to work effectively in a diverse and collaborative environment.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ Investigate fraud complaints and conduct thorough reviews of reported cases.
➡️ Review complaints, investigate relevant facts and gather necessary information.
➡️ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain relevant information and reach clear, well-supported conclusions.
➡️ Establish facts, make informed decisions and close cases within defined timelines.
➡️ Ensure full compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, Code of Conduct and standards of ethics and integrity.
➡️ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fraud trends and industry practices and recommend appropriate measures.
➡️ Stay informed about the latest developments in fraud investigation and related areas.
➡️ Contribute to the development and implementation of anti-fraud measures to prevent and minimize actual or potential fraud.
➡️ Maintain sound knowledge of relevant banking laws and regulations.
➡️ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases related to fraud investigations.
➡️ Perform other fraud risk-related tasks assigned by line management.
