𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Regional Sales Manager – South, Business Development Channel
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Karachi
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an HEC recognized university
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales and lead generation abilities and at least 5-6 years as cluster manager or similar role in the banking sector based at Karachi
➡️ Team Management and Leadership skills
➡️ Excellent Communication skills
➡️ Training and Development expertise
➡️ Proven track record in achieving sales targets
➡️ Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles is a plus
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ To effectively manage Business Development Channel – South Cluster Teams (Karachi, Hyderabad, Balochistan, Bahawalpur & Multan)
➡️ Monitoring team performances in order to achieve assigned cluster & regional targets
➡️ To improve & manage controls & costing related to BD Channel team management
➡️ To identify opportunities to cross – sell
