The position will be responsible for resolving customer queries over the phone on a day to day basis. This position will also be responsible to provide assistance in banking needs via Videocon facility to hearing and speech impaired customer’s.

■ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with preference to Bachelors in Special Education having sign language expertise.
■ SODA/CODA Interpreters having Bachelor’s Degree are encouraged to apply.
■ Male/Females are encouraged to apply.

■ Excellent customer service & customer-centric approach.
■ Interpersonal and communication skills.
■ Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
■ Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking systems, preferred.
