Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve IT-related problems promptly.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and tracking IT assets.
- Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing technology environments.
