Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve IT-related problems promptly.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and tracking IT assets.
• Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS).
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing technology environments.
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
