REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
• Proven experience in project management and governance within the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the Pakistani banking sector.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee the project management team, ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement robust project governance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Implementing and managing project governance frameworks.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and effective communication within the project management function.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
