Officer Procurement

Location: Corn Division – Faisalabad (FIEDMC)

Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to drive efficient procurement processes & supplier relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure technical and non-technical materials, goods, and services that meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage quotation processes, ensuring transparency, fairness, and competitiveness.
• Develop, review, and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.  
• Proficient in procurement software and systems.
