Overview:
We are a leading exporter of high-quality fabrics and garments in Denim, Non-Denim, and Work Wear categories. We seek an innovative and seasoned Head of R&D to spearhead product development, driving business growth through technology and product excellence. The ideal candidate should have more than 08 years of experience in relevant field with the capability to oversee research, design, and development of innovative fabrics and garments, ensuring optimal performance, and reliability.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify market trends, consumer needs, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Lead and manage a team of designers, technologists, and R&D staff.
- Foster innovation, creativity, and collaboration within the team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Textile Sciences, Fashion Design, or relevant field with 8-10 years of experience.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Sound technical knowledge of products including fabric and garments.
- Well conversant with latest global consumer trends and ability to identify changing needs.
Experience:
08 years’ Experience in the field, with minimum 05 years in a managerial position.
