WE’RE HIRING! HSE Engineer

The role focuses on identifying and controlling occupational hazards, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and NFPA standards. Key tasks include conducting fire safety audits, investigating incidents, analyzing HSE data, organizing employee safety training, and maintaining safety documentation and firefighting equipment.

Role Description:

• Identifying, analyzing, and controlling occupational hazards.
• Analyzing and making recommendations for system design, equipment, and procedures to control or eliminate hazards.
• Ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health with respect to OSHA, (EPA), National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), and local requirements.
• Data analysis of HSE leading and lagging performance indicators with required course of actions.
• Carrying out or arranging workplace Fire & Safety audits (HIRARC).
• Incident Investigation and preparing reports with detailed RCA analysis.
• Ensuring TNA based employee HSE training and as well as regular scheduled training sessions.
• Maintaining & updating all HSE documentation and firefighting equipment’s.

Certification: NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA

Qualification: Environmental Engineering / BS EHS / Industrial Engineering

Relevant Experience: 03 – 05 years of relevant experience
