Deputy Manager – Planning & Reporting
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team at Head Office, Lahore.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- ACCA/CIMA with 5-8 years of relevant experience in planning & reporting
- Record rates and freights in the system in accordance to the Policy.
- Calculation & impact of changes in rates and freights.
- Monitoring of controls relevant to the sales in accordance to the standard operating procedures and report any non-compliance to the Head of Department.
- Changes to the standard operating procedures to align with the changes in management policy.
- Record keeping of incentives offered and qualification against pre-defined criteria.
- Generating purchase requisition requests in the system according to the requirement.
- Allocation of bills in the relevant expense category.
- Reporting of variances against budget to the management on a daily basis.
