Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Senior Officer Warehouse & Logistics for its Pharmaceuticals business based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct the workforce to ensure optimum performance of the finished goods warehouse, maximising efficiency and benefits.
• Ensure timely picking of sales orders to generate packing lists and dispatch advice.
• Guarantee timely dispatch of sales orders to achieve top customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage shipment documents via the SAP Inventory Management System.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all finished goods.
• Receive finished goods following established procedures.
• Strictly adhere to FEFO principles and store finished goods by batch.
• Post GRNs for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods from the toll site within 24 hours of receipt.
• Follow up with QC for the release of received finished goods to ensure timely stock liquidation.
• Arrange delivery of finished goods upon receipt of sales orders.
• Notify QA for the revalidation of market-returned finished goods as per SOP.
• Report critical inventory issues promptly.
• Coordinate and conduct training for the warehouse team on HSE/GMP SOPs and best housekeeping practices.
• Collaborate proactively with various departments to improve efficiencies and manage expectations.
