Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Senior Officer Support Services (contractual) for its Agri Sciences business based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage GM Agri’s schedule, plan appointments, and coordinate quarterly meetings and conferences.
Schedule daily calendars for the General Manager as needed.
Organise meetings and book conference rooms at Mozang and Karachi offices for the General Manager and DR1.
Handle email communications and calls, ensuring timely responses to queries.
Arrange local and international travel and hotel bookings for the GM and team.
Prepare expense claims for the General Manager, covering travel, hotel, club, medical, mystic, and petrol claims. Update BM expense file for hotel, air tickets, entertainment, local and international travel. Facilitate foreign travel-related visa arrangements for the Agri team and coordinate with the driver for GM travel arrangements.
Support in organising engagement activities for the business and uphold Company values.
Provide reliable and accurate support in record-keeping and filing of personal and official documents for GM Agri.
Ensure full compliance with the Company HSE policy, maintaining an updated file of PSS. Submit safe KMs traveled, safe man-hours, and training hours monthly to the HSE coordinator.
Update GPM on learning events monthly and follow up on learning events data with the team to meet their targets.
Maintain records of documents related to HSE Management Audit and HSE improvement plans.
Handle all incoming/outgoing mail, phone calls, messages, and visitors. Organise meetings with customers and maintain a filing system as directed by GM.
Coordinate with Head Office for Agri team vendor/supplier agreement arrangements.
Manage new joiner interviews and processes with HR. Follow up with the team to complete actions assigned by BM, including vehicle registration, car booking, authority to drive letter, and resigned staff NOC.
Create A-Forms related to CAPEX and follow up for completion. Manage PO, GRN, and Parking of all invoices related to marketing and travels. Assist all GM’s DRs. Dispatch all types of letters and distribute giveaways of GPM as directed.
Coordinate with local suppliers for order processing on a need basis for agrochemicals.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organisational skills, research abilities, and communication skills.
