Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Export Manager in coordinating and executing export orders efficiently.
- Take the lead in interacting with clients regarding product inquiries, price negotiations, and addressing complaints.
- Coordinate closely with dispatch, production, and warehouse teams, as well as shipping lines, freight-forwarders, banks, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely export of products.
- Assist the Export Manager in handling legal and regulatory matters pertaining to exports.
- Explore and pursue opportunities in new markets.
Other Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Proven track record of responsibility and initiative-taking.
