Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager – Warehouse for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business based in Lahore.
- Streamline warehouse operations to optimise resource utilisation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, while upholding quality standards.
- Navigate the dynamic landscape of the chemical industry, addressing HSE concerns and fostering human development to enhance service levels.
- Implement a First Expired, First Out (FEFO) approach for dispatching finished goods, ensuring efficient logistics.
- Oversee meticulous documentation of material transfers from suppliers and external warehouses.
- Spearhead the preparation and execution of warehouse budgeting and expansion plans.
- Manage internal, external, ISO, and HSE audits, ensuring strict compliance at all levels.
- Develop and train warehouse supervisors and loaders to minimise handling damage and wastage during production issuances.
- Proactively address and resolve concerns raised by warehouse employees to optimise resource productivity.
- Consolidate monthly physical counts and reconcile finished goods stocks for accuracy.
- Enforce adherence to SOPs and maintain proper documentation for all received materials.
- Conduct regular inspections for HSE and housekeeping issues, initiating immediate action through learning events.
- Ensure the continuous availability of necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the warehouse team.
- Train new staff on Company guidelines and procedures, emphasising compliance with HSE standards.
