Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager Planning for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan SKU-wise availability, encompassing materials and packing, based on demand forecasts for all product categories.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, plant, sales admin, and commercial teams to ensure comprehensive information sharing and alignment of product availability expectations.
- Supervise inbound and outbound tolling activities, coordinating and planning to achieve business objectives.
- Finalise Order to Manufacture (OTM) quantities and priorities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (commercial, procurement, and production).
- Ensure alignment of demand and supply by collaborating with commercial and supply chain teams, minimising deviations from product demands through controlling and monitoring forecast variations.
- Identify deviations from planned activities and propose mitigation plans for prompt resolution.
- Execute Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and Master Production Schedule (MPS) in SAP to generate planned orders and purchase requisitions.
- Coordinate for manufacturing material master in SAP to obtain material codes.
- Generate dashboard reports for visibility analysis against sales priorities and actively follow up on plans to ensure effective product availability.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft applications is a must.
