Lucky Core Industries is hiring an Assistant Manager Laboratory for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences Business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily laboratory operations, ensuring smooth workflow, accurate sample handling, and timely testing.
- Prepare technical reports, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), QC summaries, and testing certificates.
- Ensure all equipment is calibrated, maintained, and operated per SOPs, maintaining compliance with environmental, safety, and chemical handling standards.
- Conduct and verify routine and specialised tests on dyes, auxiliaries, pretreatment, and finishing chemicals.
- Assess product performance using standardised methods (AATCC, ISO, ASTM, etc.).
- Correlate lab results with bulk production, ensuring shade and recipe reproducibility.
- Support sales and technical teams with customer complaints, product trials, and shade approvals.
- Perform lab-scale demonstrations and assist with field trials as needed.
- Communicate technical findings effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing procedures, lab protocols, and workflows.
- Train new laboratory staff on test methods, safety procedures, and equipment use.
- Participate in audits, ISO certifications, and continuous quality system improvements.
