Location: Rawalpindi
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support through various channels (phone, email, chat) regarding digital banking services.
- Educate and guide on the usage of digital products.
- Troubleshoot issues and work with IT teams to resolve technical problems promptly, ensuring timely responses to end users.
- Support in conducting proper UAT (User Acceptance Testing) as required and share feedback.
- Support in monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital channels.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new digital initiatives.
- Oversee the management of hardware used in digital operations, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning efficiently while keeping the proper records.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
Skills
- Good understanding of digital banking products and services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
