Manager Digitalization & Automation Head Office – Rawalpindi

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Senior Management to develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for the Bank.
• Identify and prioritize business processes for digitization, and lead the development and implementation of digital solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend digital technologies, platforms, and tools to support business objectives.
• Manage digital projects from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, Operations, and Business Teams, to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
• 5-6 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

• Proven track record in implementing digital solutions or automation projects
• Strong understanding of banking operations, fintech trends, and customer-centric innovation
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
