We’re HIRING Deputy Manager HR Piece Rate Payroll (Textile Operations)

Responsibilities:

• Manage piece rate payroll for textile production staff, ensuring timely and accurate payments based on output.
• Oversee collection, verification, and compliance of piece rate data from production lines.
• Collaborate with Operations to maintain updated records of production rates and employee output.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and on-time payroll processing.
• Resolve employee payroll queries in line with textile industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, textile regulations, and company policies regarding wages and benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks, including contracts, leave, and attendance management.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in HR with a focus on payroll and piece rate operations, preferably in textile manufacturing.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of piece rate pay systems, payroll processes, and labor laws in the textile industry.
• Proficient in HR software and MS Excel for data management and analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large data volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage with all levels of employees and management.
