Liberty Books is looking for a creative and results-driven Assistant Manager Marketing to lead and execute impactful marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in retail marketing, brand management, digital campaigns, and customer engagement, aiming to enhance brand visibility and drive sales across both retail and online channels.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, book launches, author events, and promotional activities
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, and website campaigns
- Collaborate with retail teams to design in-store promotions and customer engagement activities.
- Oversee content creation for social media, advertisements, and marketing materials
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective campaign execution
✅ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–5 years of relevant marketing experience (preferably in retail, FMCG, or publishing)
- Proven track record in brand management and retail campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive with a strong focus on recruitment to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing top talent, managing hiring processes, and supporting overall HR operations.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and build a strong talent pipeline
- Support the HR Officer in closing positions within defined timelines
- Assist the HR Manager in Training & Development initiatives
- Design and update Job Descriptions as per organizational needs
- Perform additional HR tasks and projects as assigned
✅ Requirements:
- 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions (recruitment, T&D, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
