Responsibilities:

Content Calendar Management:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with YOZO’s marketing objectives.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely and effective content delivery across all channels.
Monitor and adjust the calendar based on performance analytics and market trends.

Influencer Marketing:

Identify, engage, and liaise with influencers to drive brand awareness and product promotion.
Manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiations and performance tracking.
Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content that resonates with YOZO’s target audience.

Creative Briefs and Agency Coordination:

Work with the marketing team and external agencies to develop detailed creative briefs.
Ensure that creative outputs align with YOZO’s brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Provide feedback and guidance to agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables.

E-Commerce Platform Management:

Oversee YOZO’s Shopify platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
Manage product listings, promotions, and inventory on the e-commerce site.
Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Order Processing and Customer Success:

Process and fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Innovative Customer Connection:

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and launch new campaigns and promotions.
Create and execute initiatives to connect with customers in meaningful and creative ways.
Analyze customer feedback and data to develop strategies for increasing customer loyalty.
