- Greet and welcome guests.
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Performs any other work assigned by the manager.
- Proven experience as front desk representative for at least 2 years.
- Graduate; additional qualifications will be a plus.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Well-groomed, with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Should be available in different shifts
