Job Opportunity: Senior E-Commerce Executive

LAMA is looking for a dedicated versatile Sr. E-Commerce Executive who will be primarily responsible for researching, reviewing, and planning rich product content for the website & app. This role shall require the candidate to have a grip on content strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain product catalog, including adding new items, removing discontinued items, and ensuring descriptions, pricing, and attribute accuracy
Manage product details for online stores including information such as descriptions, color options, prices, sizes, country of origin, materials, tags and more.
Conduct daily audits of the live site to ensure all product content is updated and accurate.
Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
Work with various internal teams (e.g. supply chain, fulfillment center, technology teams) to help drive tools and process improvements that affect catalog management workflows
Use the Shopify catalog to ensure the taxonomy, sequencing, chosen images, pricing, and promotional tags are accurate.
Review e-commerce reporting and dashboards. Report on results and make recommendations to help evolve our performance and effectiveness.
Manage the implementation of website marketing, product merchandising content, and seasonal promotions (site headers, promotions, taxonomy, and navigation of category, family, and product pages)
Monitor and manage daily inventory levels to ensure that appropriate inventory levels are in place to support new product launches, website content launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with performance marketing to implement SEO best practices as it relates to product setup, landing page creation, and other website merchandising.
Performs other duties as necessary to support the objectives of LAMA assigned by the company management.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in BS. Mass Communication, computer science, information systems, or similar.
Exceptional grip on CSV creation and Excel
2 years of experience in content management.
In-depth knowledge of using websites and the Shopify platform.
Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and integrating products on websites.
Knowledge of best practices related to SEO
Ability to keep up with software industry trends and innovation.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
