🌟 Build and maintain long-term, loyal relationships to drive mutual growth.
📞 Conduct regular check-ins with vendors to gather feedback and offer proactive support.
🛍️ Collaborate with vendors on optimizing assortments, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts.
📊 Track and analyze vendor performance metrics to drive improvements.
🚀 Identify and act on growth opportunities within existing vendor accounts.
🔗 Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, support) to meet vendor needs.
🛡️ Develop and execute strategies to retain and delight vendors.
📈 Prepare performance reviews and strategic reports for key accounts.
🧠 Stay informed about market trends to guide vendor strategies.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
🕒 1–3 years in account management, client success, or vendor management.
👗 Prior experience in fashion or e-commerce marketplaces is preferred.
🤝 Proven ability to grow and retain key accounts using data-driven strategies.
