๐ Conduct regular check-ins with vendors to gather feedback and offer proactive support.
๐๏ธ Collaborate with vendors on optimizing assortments, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts.
๐ Track and analyze vendor performance metrics to drive improvements.
๐ Identify and act on growth opportunities within existing vendor accounts.
๐ Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, support) to meet vendor needs.
๐ก๏ธ Develop and execute strategies to retain and delight vendors.
๐ Prepare performance reviews and strategic reports for key accounts.
๐ง Stay informed about market trends to guide vendor strategies.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฐ๐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ:
๐ 1โ3 years in account management, client success, or vendor management.
๐ Prior experience in fashion or e-commerce marketplaces is preferred.
๐ค Proven ability to grow and retain key accounts using data-driven strategies.
