Youβll own our retention campaigns, loyalty program, and CRM automationβcrafting experiences that keep users coming back.
What youβll do:
β¨ Run engaging, on-brand campaigns
π Analyze customer behavior to optimize retention
π§ A/B test creatives, content, and flows
π Design loyalty programs that delight
π€ Collaborate across teams to turn insights into action
You should have:

Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
β
1-3 years of experience
β
CRM tool experience (MoEngage, HubSpot, etc.)
β
A creative + analytical mindset
β
Strong communication skills
β
Bonus: Canva/Photoshop, SQL, or Python knowledge
