KSB Pakistan is urgently hiring the below position to be based at its manufacturing facility at Hasanabadal.

Position: Lead Quality Control Foundry

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control &
  inspection plans and procedures aligned with industry best practices,
  group guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of all production processes, identifying and
  addressing any non-conformance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends and patterns, and implement
  corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality problems.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to
  identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date on industry standards, regulations, and best practices for
  quality control in the foundry industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a lead quality control role within a
  foundry production environment.
• Strong understanding of foundry processes, including melting, pouring,
  molding, and finishing.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
