What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: BBA/ MBA/ Textile Engineer
- Experience: 5–10 years of experience in a reputable textile mill producing MVS yarn
- Degree or diploma in Textile Engineering will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales of MVS yarn, including all related documentation
- Ensure smooth coordination across Production, Finance, and other departments
- Identify market needs and contribute to product development with a focus on high margins
- Handle receivable management and ensure timely collections
- Perform costing for existing and new yarn products
- Conduct market research and evaluate potential and existing customers
- Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones
Skills Required:
- Deep understanding of customer needs, competitors, and market trends
- Proficiency in costing and pricing strategies
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
