Kohat Cement Company Ltd KCCL has been manufacturing high quality cement since 1983 and is one of the largest cement manufacturers in Pakistan. The Company produces both grey and white cement.
KCCL is looking for a “Document Controller” to prepare, manage and file documents for our Local and Export Sales and focus on developing and maintaining efficient record-keeping systems that enable fast and easy access to needed information.
What we are expecting
• Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records and prepare reports for senior Manage
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Coordinate with Zonal sales staff in creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
• Coordinate with Zonal sales staff that customer orders are processed timely and accurately in system.
• Data entry regarding export and local sales transactions.
• Analyzing sales figures on monthly basis and shared with senior if required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree
• 01-03 years relevant experience
Skills/Competencies
• Strong knowledge of document handling and record keeping.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
• Proficient typing and editing skills
Location: Head Office Lahore
