Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited is looking for Manger AML Software Support.
Please note that it is an on-site, full-time position based at our Corporate Office – Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.
Who are we looking for?
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Minimum Bachelors in Information Technology or in Computer Science with emphasis on Software Engineering from an HEC recognized / overseas university.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Minimum of 05- 07 years of experience in managing production applications and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
System Support Management
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Responsible to manage IT operations related to banking applications for production systems.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Supervise day to day issues faced during live operations for timely resolution including core banking, EBS, ADC and Allied applications etc.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure proper application controls are in place and in compliance with regulatory, internal and external auditing requirements
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Communicate effectively acting as a key liaison with stakeholders and vendors
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Responsible for Disaster Recovery & business continuity processes verification
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Responsible for creating and maintaining the Application related technical diagrams, documentation & presentations
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Responsible to Address and close audit / IT Security findings/observations within the give timelines.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Responsible to maintain development, testing and production environments as per KMBL policy.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Responsible for smooth execution of release management process within KMBL
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Responsible to ensure timely conclusion of problems, incident and vendor management.
Budget & RFPs:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Initiate and track IT application budgetary line items as per procurement process
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage application related Invoices & RFP in i-procurement.
Management Reporting:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Present performance KPIs and Dashboard and prepare report to senior management
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Develop, Implement and maintain all operational processes, procedures and policies related to System administration.
Team Management
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Responsible to supervise and manage support team and ensure SLA / OLA are met in timely manner.
