Key Responsibilities:
- Manpower Planning & Budgeting
· Preparation of manpower plan in discussion with departments to cater the future manpower needs as per business strategy.
· Appropriate budget availability for HR expenses, projects & initiatives.
· Proactive approach on new initiatives, projects, comp & ben proposals etc. budget allocation in annual business plan.
· Preparation of HR Budgets which includes but not limited to Salaries/Wages, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement etc.
· Ensure expense vs budget are within acceptable variances.
· Expenses are within budget and/or fiscal practices are followed for compliance. - Compensation and Benefits
· Propose, implement and administer compensation program across the network
· Developing market competitive salary & benefits, adding value to EVP.
· Responsible for finalization of annual salary review / annual bonus payment proposal.
· Handle grievances with regard to compensation & benefits.
· Propose salary changes for re-profiling & promotion cases.
· Prepare terms and conditions of employment for new hires. - HR Policies & Procedures
· Keep abreast record of HR Policy and Manual
· Proposed updates/changes in procedures to align with new technology and business need.
· Seek guidance / approval from management on different policy/procedure related matters.
· Propose changes in processes to lean, add value and improve the turnaround times.
Educational Qualification
Master’s Degree or equivalent in HR / Business Administration / Management / Finance from a reputable university/institution. HR Certification will be an added advantage.

Duration and Nature of Previous Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant progressively responsible HR experience. Minimum 2 years’ experience at midcareer level in HR of a commercial bank/ MFI / DFI/ NBFI or corporate/ multinational organization.
