Who are we looking for?
· Bachelors / Masters in any discipline (preferable major in IT or similar discipline) from an HEC recognized / overseas University.
· Minimum 3 to 4 years of identity & access management experience (preferably in Banking Operations).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identity Management of Banking Applications
· Monitor HDMS logged calls related to I&AM in order to ensure timely resolution as per defined TAT / OLAs.
· Creation of new user IDs in banking applications after completing all documentary requirements.
· Activation of User ID after due approval and documentary requirements.
· Temporary/Permanent deactivation of user IDs.
· Review and approve access-control change requests, such as adding, modifying, and deleting user and group accounts of banking applications.
· Review of logs shared by Information Security Unit for accurate protocol/user access rights implementation as per approved SOPs and guide line circulated for time to time. - Access Management of Banking Applications
· Change in user role/rights after due approval and documentary requirements.
· Provide customer support, as well as 2nd level support to resolve identity & access related issues.
· Provide after hour on-call access related support as and when required considering business exigencies.
· Provide recommendation for adoption of technology-based solutions for process improvement and excellent customer services. - Policy & Processes Management
· Annually review and update the I&AM policies and processes including an in-depth review of SLAs.
· Review processes to identify, design, and recommend improvements in SLA’s.
· Review I&AM requests pattern and recommend solutions.
· Drive compliance with policies, processes and SLA’s. - Applications Access Matrix
· Review the access matrix of all relevant applications with application owners/custodians as per frequency defined.
· Maintain an up-to-date access matrix of all relevant applications approved by competent authority with track of changes made.
· During the review period and finalizing the revised access matrix of all applications within scope of I&AM and share with ICC as per agreed frequency. - IAM Record & Review
· Responsible for keeping up-to-date record of I&AM.
· Responsible for review/audit coordination related to I&AM desk.
