Senior Officer / Assistant Manager E-Commerce
We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Professional who can independently manage end to end marketplace operations and ensure smooth performance across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end marketplace operations including inventory, orders, and dispatch.
- Handle product listings, optimization, and catalog management.
- Monitor sales performance, reporting, and pricing strategy.
- Ensure compliance, account health, and issue resolution.
- Manage returns, refunds, and customer service.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Oversee multi-platform operations (Daraz, Temu, Amazon, eBay, Shein, etc.).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field with 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
- Proven hands on experience in managing online marketplaces.
- Strong analytical, reporting & problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
