- Establishes and lead the standard hiring practices, necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
Addition Skills Required: Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

- Assess the job requirements from each department.
- Responsible for making job advertisements for vacant positions and post it on relevant platforms.
- Responsible for creating applicants pool through multiple job portals such as Rozee.PK, LinkedIn.
- Screen and shortlist relevant resumes received through email and forward it to the management.
- Schedule Interviews of the shortlisted candidates with the concerned Manager/Lead.
