We Are Hiring Relationship Manager – Bancassurance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and strengthen relationships with assigned branches, BM/RMs including regular follow-ups and visit to a set number of branches.
• Serve as the primary contact person between customers, Assigned Bank’s Branch Management, Wealth RMs, and JGI, ensuring prompt customer service.
• Continuously prospect and seek referrals for motor business opportunities within the Bancassurance business through Bank’s branch Network & providing sales closure support.
• Meet assigned targets form branches and provide timely support.
• Maintain business pipeline & daily business reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from HEC recognized university
• Experience in B2B & B2C Sales, preferably in the financial Service industry/Banks/Insurance Companies/Motor Dealership.
• Proven experience in relationship management or a similar role.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of bancassurance and motor business opportunities is a plus.
