Qualifications: A member of a recognized body of professional accountants ; or A member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries; or Masters degree in Business Administration or Commerce; or Law graduate from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Company Secretarial role
Position Summary: The incumbent of this position is responsible for ensuring secretarial compliance with financial and legal requirements as well as maintaining high standards of corporate governance. A key part of this role will be to act as a point of communication between the Board of Directors and Management as well as shareholders. Moreover, the position is required to have a thorough understanding of the laws that affect the Company’s areas of work.
