Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (BBA/BS). However a Masters degree is preferred from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of banking experience managing ebanking products (Cards business, ATMs, SMS Alerts & eStatements),
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Study & analyze customer interaction interconnection with the bank
- Map the customer journey which delivers a seemless & remarkable experience
- Synthesize current customer service and product offerings to develop a holistic and effective client enhancement model which aligns itself to the customer journey
- Build integrated & a differentiated value propositions to drive customer engagement and improve in client relationship
- Manage the ATM, SMS Alerts & E-Statement portfolios offering a seemless customer experience.
- Connect with the vendors to work on existing and new initiatives.
