Job responsibilities
Provide administration support for PMI stock program charges.
Maintain local HR intranet pages and prepare updates as required. Managing HR Benefits Practices on HR Portal.
In coordination with SSC prepare and dispatch separation packages, warning and termination letters. In coordination with DSSC Specialist S&S prepare and provide offer letters, appointment letters.
Support the HR Business Partners and SSC in the provision of key dimensions and the undertaking of job evaluations for new or changed positions.
Assist in the development of local compensation and benefits practices, processes and guidelines along with the preparation and delivery of related communication and awareness programs
Generate reports based on accurate data and information as required by management and other stakeholders and provide support to Finance in the preparation of headcount related cost and assumptions for OB and revisions
Assist in the preparation of, and participation in, any locally administered compensation or benefit surveys
Work on HR Analytics and liaise with the SSC to create and administer a HR Dashboard for PMPKL.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Minimum Bachelors from a reputable institute
Experience: Minimum relevant experience of at least 2-3 years in a relevant compensation & benefits role
Skills: Proficient at MS Office Applications
