Position: TM-Retail

Requirements
A Territory Manager is responsible to manage all coordination with dealers of all retail outlets and all key measurable performance indicators communicated by the management for the given territory assigned to him.

Job Location: Sahiwal

Responsibilities:

• Territory Manager is responsible for monitoring sales objectives/targets and ensures all outlet activities are operational and maintained as per company standards.
• Achieve targets set for MS, HSD, Lubes, and all measurable Key Performance Indicators communicated by the management.
• Identification of new retail outlets for New Development and Conversion.
• Submit all relevant documents to Division office for further processing.
• Registration of Land lease agreement/Dealership Agreement/MOU/Offer letter for the site.
• Keep close liaison with Dealer to achieve monthly target of retail outlets.
• Ensure smooth product supply at retail outlets.
• Continuous follow-up and visit of retail outlets in assigned area.
• Any other task assigned by Management.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/master’s in business administration or Equivalent.
• Relevant experience in an OMC.

• Strong negotiations and pressure handling skills.
