We’re Hiring | SAP Business One Functional Consultant
We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and day-to-day functional management of SAP B1.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Business One solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP B1 modules according to business needs.
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and other business teams.
- Manage business process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation.
- Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
- Coordinate with technical developers for reports, integrations, and customizations.
- Conduct UAT, prepare test scenarios, and support successful implementation of enhancements.
- Prepare user manuals and conduct training sessions for end users.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, system controls, and adherence to business processes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Strong functional knowledge of core SAP B1 modules, particularly Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, HR and Production.
- Experience in SAP B1 implementation, configuration, support, or process optimization.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
- Experience working with users and cross-functional teams.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SQL / Crystal Reports will be an advantage.
- SAP Business One certification will be a plus.
