Job Description:

• Assist in developing and updating the new product development process.
• Support commercialization of new food products.
• Collaborate with supply chain, sales, marketing, and quality teams.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and product opportunities.
• Assist in defining product vision, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors on packaging selection and delivery.
• Support quality control activities.
• Collaborate with the creative team for packaging design and artwork.
• Assist in managing the product lifecycle and making improvements.
• Monitor inventory levels for raw materials and packaging.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Skills & Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field (FMCG).
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards is a plus.
