Position Title: Business Support Executive
Location: Lahore
Experience: 2-3 Years of relevant experience
Qualification: BBA or MBA from reputable HEC recognized university
Job Purpose:
Business Support Executive will be responsible for coordination and liaison among business units of Jaffer Engineering Services Division. Moreover, responsible for developing analysis, reports & presentations for Business Units.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with five different Business Units for Units for developing analysis, reports & presentations and other tasks assigned.
- Developing new business feasibilities, strategies, and Liaising with Corporate Services units.
- Administrative support for the Corporate Services and Business Development Teams
- Provide documentation support, procedure, and financial initiatives for the business.
- Work in partnership with other management team members to ascertain and carry out needs of technical nature and precedence of the business.
- Support the budget, the auditing process, the training, and coordination of projects.
- Researching and carrying out ad hoc projects.
Required Knowledge:
- Adept on MS Office

- Entrepreneurial, self-starter and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and inter-personal skills.
