𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish a positive rapport with every customer.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Track shipments and provide customers with updates on their delivery status.
- Communicate return policies and procedures clearly to customers.
- Ensure returned products are handled according to company guidelines.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement based on customer interactions.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Familiarity with our Mobile industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
