Experience: 2โ3 years in the solar, power, or energy sector
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- External Installer Training (60%)
Develop and deliver training programs for solar installers (inverters, batteries, panels).
Use both online and offline methods (workshops, videos, Q&A).
Improve training based on feedback and performance metrics.
Collaborate with local distributors and support installer certification. - Internal Technical Team Training (30%)
Identify skill gaps and create training plans for support engineers.
Develop internal resources and bring in experts for advanced sessions.
Evaluate training effectiveness through practical assessments and customer feedback. - Coordination & Data (10%)
Work with other departments to align training with business goals.
Maintain training records, evaluations, and improvement data.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
Bachelorโs in Electrical, Energy, or Mechanical Engineering.
3+ yearsโ experience in technical training (solar/energy sector).
Strong in Urdu and English; Chinese is a plus.
Skilled in training design, communication, and project management.
Willing to travel within Pakistan (1โ2 times/month).
